Agreement to Terms
By using our website or engaging Billy White Roofing LLC for roofing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Our Services
Billy White Roofing LLC provides residential and commercial roofing services including installation, repair, and maintenance. All services are provided subject to a written contract or estimate agreed upon by both parties.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for roofing projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project.
Warranties
All our work is backed by labor warranties. Additional manufacturer warranties may be available depending on the products installed. Warranty terms will be provided in writing upon project completion.
Licensing and Insurance
Billy White Roofing LLC is fully licensed and insured in the State of Michigan. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
Program Description
When you opt in, Billy White Roofing LLC may send you text (SMS) messages related to your roofing project. Depending on the consent you provide, these may include non-marketing messages about appointment reminders, estimate updates, and service notifications, and/or marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opt-Out and Support Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number that messaged you. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Message Frequency & Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages on a recurring basis; message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
